Please allow up to 2-3 WEEKS for your order to be handmade and sent out, This does not include delivery time

All rush orders incur a $10 fee please select this option located on the main page once arrangement has been APPROVED ONLY. 

All postage is shipped via Regular post for a flat rate of $10 or Express post at a flat rate of $13 and all orders over $150 get free shipping 

We use both Australia Post and Couriers for delivery 

All our shipping is trackable, We are not responsible if incorrect shipping information is given and any returns due to incorrect address will be up to the customer to to arrange payment for resend so please leave the correct information 

Please note if sent by Australia post their default is to safe drop, we have NO control over this but you do by having a my post account, once logged in you can manage your deliveries from there including changing the safe drop option
