 Returns & refunds 

We DO NOT return or refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering, once order is placed refunds will not be given so please read through items carefully, information is also listed about our products

Please note there is a 1-3 WEEK turn around on ALL items 

All of our items are custom handmade and made to order excluding ready to ship, specialising in custom designs and once your order is placed this can not be changed, often supplies are ordered in or part of the order is started immediately

Only under extenuating circumstances will a refund be given, If approved refund will be given but it will require a 10% administration fee 

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund if items are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days this varies depending on payment method minus a 10% restocking fee 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as all are items are custom made as per request and majority or our products are personalised If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

All our items are customised and personalised therefore detailed descriptions need to be discussed then noted at the start of the checkout process in the notes section, if no preference/note is left and contact has been made by us with no response from the customer then the most popular of that item will be made and sent and no name will be added to the design

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All our products are sent with tracking so please check your email for confirmation and tracking, this may end up in your junk folder 

All orders will only be sent to the address provided, we are not responsible for incorrectly address orders, any orders returned to sender for incorrect addressing will require the buyer to pay for additional postage.

Orders placed and paid via PayPal will only be sent to the address shown on the PayPal account & not the address left on the website as only this address meets the buyer & seller protection
